I had the pleasure of spending time today with one of my longtime mentors, Allen Barnes. Nearly a decade ago, he was my boss and encouraged me as I took the leap to start my own company. Since then, he has continued to be a trusted advisor and supporter. I’m truly grateful for his guidance, mentorship, and friendship over the years.

This reminds me how powerful mentorship can be not only in shaping careers, but also in giving us the confidence to pursue big dreams. I’m thankful for the mentors who have guided me, and I’m equally committed to paying that forward for others.

Alright Alpharetta and North Fulton, the Rotary Club of North Fulton and us are both over achievers and we want to go beyond our goal of teaching 1,000 people in our community how to do CPR and use an AED to save lives. Are you ready to learn?

Do you think it's complicated and scary? It's not.
Are you afraid you'd do it wrong? Don't worry, it's easy to learn and you will be learning to possibly be able to help save a life some day.

Saturday, September 20th we will be partnered up with the at North Fulton Medical Center teaching two more quick morning sessions. At 9am the class will be taught in Spanish for those in our community who may learn better in Spanish. And at 11am you can learn in English. Sign up through the links below.
