Good Morning Friends!
Soulful Yoga & SUP's Fall Retreat will be held in magical Tulum.
Enjoy a luxurious week on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, daily yoga + meditation, transformational experiences, Network Spinal Analysis by Sacred Mother Healing Center, chef prepared meals, and more magic than I can possibly list here. Cass Munroe Lievsay will be guiding yoga experiences along with me.

Our calendar fills quickly so if you are dreaming up some fun, let us know! 🏄‍♀️
Private events include:
- All equipment
- Chef prepared meals (plant based / gluten free)
- Instruction based on group preferences / needs.
- Day retreat a la carte options such as meditation, tea ceremony, women’s circle, heart opening cacao ceremony, wrist Mala making, soul exploration.
Will travel to North GA, Atlanta area. Inquire for out of state options.

Slice 7 seed bread & toast.
Slice 1/2 avocado and place on toasted bread.
Slice 1/2 heirloom tomato and stack on top of avocado.
Garnish with micro arugula + cilantro + olive oil + lime + sprinkle with pink salt + pepper. Bon Appetit!
