We’re back on the mat, and I can’t wait to share space with you again.

Join me this Friday, May 23 at 7 AM or 7 PM in Roswell for our first in-house chakra reset: a guided meditation, sound bath, and share circle to bring you back to center, soften your nervous system, and realign with yourSelf.

We’ll move through the current astro energy, sit in breath and sound, and close in connection, it’s one of my favorite ways to root into the day.
