Let’s make some noise for better access to hearing care!
The Medicare Audiology Access Improvement Act (H.R. 2757) is a game-changer—and we need your help to get Congress on board.
What MAAIA does:
- Eliminates outdated referral requirements so Medicare patients can go directly to audiologists
- Reclassifies audiologists so they can keep providing telehealth
- Allows audiologists to be reimbursed for services they’re already licensed to provide
This bipartisan bill will modernize Medicare, reduce costs, and improve access to care—especially for seniors and rural communities.
Here’s how YOU can help:

2️⃣ Download the ADA 2025 Congressional List and follow your reps on social media—ADA will post messages you can share!
