Dear valued patients and community members, It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Elite Medical Clinic in Roswell NM. It has been an immense privilege to serve you all for the past 13 years, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you've placed in us. As we prepare to bid farewell, we want you to know that your health and well-being remain our utmost priority. We understand the importance of a seamless transition to new healthcare providers, and we are committed to assisting you in this process. In an effort to accommodate your needs, we will continue to offer telehealth appointments to established & current patients only, and in person visits may be arranged in certain circumstances. We hope this arrangement will help ease the transition for you. Our last day of operation will be Friday, September 29, 2023. Once again, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your healthcare journey over the years. We have cherished every interaction, every story shared, and every moment of healing we've witnessed.
