The team of medical care providers, including OB/GYNs, certified nurse midwives, and nurse practitioners, combine to offer comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to women starting from the age of 12. They give every woman the information they need to choose the right path for their own health and wellness. The experienced team offers common gynecology services like birth control, breast exams, menopause care, and treatment for conditions, including PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids. The skilled doctors have extensive experience in minimally invasive surgery to help with issues, such as heavy bleeding, and in the use of the da Vinci® robotic system. The full-scale obstetrics services include preconception counseling, support throughout the pregnancy, and postpartum care. The team cares for all types of patients, including high-risk pregnancy, high blood pressure in pregnancy, and diabetes in pregnancy. With offices in Alpharetta, Woodstock and Johns Creek, GA, Nile is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The practice offers all the services women have come to expect from an OB/GYN office then goes a step beyond. By creating a boutique feel with extra time spent with the doctor, midwife or nurse practitioner, NILE has grown to become one of the most sought after practices serving both North Fulton Regional and Emory Johns Creek Hospitals. NILE OB/GYN is proudly welcoming new patients seeking gynecological, obstetrical and weight loss services. About Medical Director, Hughan Frederick MD, FACOG: After graduating from the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Frederick went on to complete his obstetrics & gynecology training at the Detroit Medical Center, Hutzel Women’s Hospital. Since being in private practice he has had the experience of delivering hundreds of babies. Although he manages several high-risk pregnancies, Dr. Frederick maintains a low c-section rate compared to the national average. In addition, he has performed hundreds of gynecological surgeries including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and routine OB/GYN examinations. Dr. Frederick currently serves as the Chairman of the North Fulton Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and the National Medical Association (NMA). He is also active in the community and is a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Frederick is married and has three children.
