The practice offers all the services women have come to expect from an OB/GYN office then goes a step beyond. About Medical Director, Hughan Frederick MD, FACOG: After graduating from the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Frederick went on to complete his obstetrics & gynecology training at the Detroit Medical Center, Hutzel Women’s Hospital. Since being in private practice he has had the experience of delivering hundreds of babies. Although he manages several high-risk pregnancies, Dr. Frederick maintains a low c-section rate compared to the national average. In addition, he has performed hundreds of gynecological surgeries including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and routine OB/GYN examinations. Dr. Frederick currently serves as the Chairman of the North Fulton Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and the National Medical Association (NMA). He is also active in the community and is a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Frederick is married and has three children.
