I’m shocked with all my regrowth!!! This is like 3 weeks since changing shampoos and adding the skin and hair collagen!

I’ve never had growth come back this fast after baby!!!

Not to mention cutting my nails every week 😳

Held the babes all day today. My left wrist I haven’t had surgery on yet is hating me right now. Plus I forgot to take my collagen for 2 days.

Joint pain anyone? Do you struggle with mobility?

My pelvic floor was rocked this time around with baby.

I woke up every day like I was 90 years old. My ankles, knees , and toes even hurt. Despite me stretching, icing, heating, resting, creams, and alllllll my other tools. Nothing seemed to help. I started taking this one month ago and 1 week in I started to notice relief. I finally feel somewhat normal again. My wrists still hurt right now. It will always take awhile post baby to get where I’m at my baseline as far as pain in my hands but this has given me the ability to be able to take my walks, do things around the house , and tolerate taking care of an infant.
My chiropractor was even pleased with my body and noticed a difference!!!

Tummy time is a strengthening activity for me and baby!!

I stretch . He stretches. I can do easy exercises to strengthen my re**us diastases and he can do exercises to strengthen his core/head/upper back for sitting balance!

He’s done this a few times on the bed before but today he did it multiple times 👏🏽on 👏🏽his👏🏽own!
