I am incredibly grateful for the trust, relationships, and memories shared with so many amazing patients and families over the years—it has truly been an honor to serve you. CHANGES COMING IN JANUARY

DR. DAN

Dr. Dan will be relocating full time to Lake Geneva starting January 1st. His office is called Freedom Chiropractic and Wellness. His address is 111 Center St. Unit 2 Lake Geneva, WI 53147. His office phone number is (262) 755-8836 for anyone needing to get in touch with Dr. Dan or is looking to continue treatment with him. We all have been so blessed to have Dr. Dan with us all of this time and we are deeply saddened to see him go. He has touched the lives of all of us here and has permanently changed this community for the better helping thousands of lives over the years. We wish him the very best in his new endeavor. Lake Geneva now gets to share in this blessing!

Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday and SUNDAY(NEW)- 9am-12:30 and 3:00-6:00

THURSDAY (NEW)– 9am-12:30
CLOSED THURSDAY AFTERNOON
SATURDAY- CLOSED

So we are switching Saturday to Sunday and opening all day Sunday for the patients that cannot make it during the week. We are now closed Thursday afternoon but open in the morning.
