Anyone can start over againโฆeven in their Baby Boomer years.
It's never too late.
๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ ๐
In the Baby Boomer years, it's possible to:
-get back in amazing physical shape so life is lived with energy
-begin to easily eat simple and easy to make healthy foods that provide daily vitality
-live with a positive mindset so events don't determine a negative state of mind
-get the passion back in hobbies, work, and relationships
-get muscle tone of youth, even though others say it's not possible
-wake up every day with the mindset of a winning athlete (much more to be said about this later)
In other words, it's more than possible to have an Abundant, Mission-Driven Life, Filled with Health and Vitality...even when you start in the Baby Boomer years.
The first idea to learn is that the abundant, mission-driven life, filled with health and vitality is a journey...not a destination.
A journey where no one is a victim of circumstances or events.
It is a journey, though, that involves having the strength to acknowledge current mindsets of truth, integrity, accountability, and passion.
Remember the scene in the movie, A Few Good Men, when Jack Nicholson gave a passionate speech about his role in a military operation.
His impassioned, โ...can't handle the truthโ. (video clip on this page).
Or what about the scene in the 1975 film classic, Network, where anchor Howard Beale, declared in a news monologue, โI'm mad as (opposite of heaven...haha) and I'm not going to take it anymoreโ (video clip on this page).
My actual favorite line in the monologue was, โ'I'm a HUMAN BEING, My life has VALUEโ
You do have value!
And itโs not too late to get that passion back.
We all have our own yoke to bear.
This unprecedented time of social distancing and mask-wearing is affecting our way of life.
But we donโt have to give permission to the situation and allow the circumstances to control our attitude and response.
Taking responsibility for the current situation starts with us.
It starts at a personal level.
It starts in the heart and soul.
Each of us has to be the instrument of change.
And change is painful because it takes us out of our comfort zone.
I read somewhere that โNothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you donโt belong.โ (Read that one again)
And Iโm not talking about being stuck and quarantined at home.
Iโm talking about a quarantine of the body, mind, and spirit.
Itโs not too late.
It is possible to think it's too late to get back in shape, get healthier, and live a passionate life.
A few short years ago, I thought my life was over.
My name is Mark Moses.
Four and half years ago my sixty-two-year-old wife and I were watching the College Football National Championship game on TV, sitting comfortably next to each other on our couch.
During the game, I got up to go to the kitchen to get some popcorn.
I was gone for less than 30 seconds.
In that short, heart wrenching 30 seconds I lost my wife of 32 years and my childrenโs mother to a sudden brain aneurysm.
It was so fast and incredibly devastating.
Unless youโve experienced it, you donโt understand how quickly those we love can be gone.
If it hadnโt been for my children and family, I would have gone into a much deeper depression than I did.
Yet I did what many of us would do.
I attempted to find relief in TV, food, and mind-numbing substances.
It's common knowledge that itโs very easy to put on weight when inactive and over sixty. (Picture of me before my transformation on this page)
To this day, I donโt recall who took this picture of me.
But Iโm eternally grateful for the wake-up call!
I feel awkward when I start to discuss this (and I mention it only because itโs urgent to begin to understand how powerful the methods Iโm going to be revealing are), but my physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation, starting at the age of sixty-three, is quite amazing according to friends, family, and even strangers.
I will post past and current pictures of my transformation in a couple of days. (Please come back and see the embarrassing revealing)
And Iโm doing that for a reason.
Why? Because this story is about you, not me.
This letter was written for you!
You are the hero in this story.
And as a hero, it may be time to claim whatโs rightfully yours.
An Abundant, Mission-Driven Life, Filled with Health and Vitality
Itโs there for the grabbing.
I promise it is.
And my mission is to get as many baby boomers as possible to that place.
Stay tuned.

Come back if you want to see my horrendous "before" pictures.
Iโm actually embarrassed to show them to you. But I also have to step out of my comfort zoneโฆright?
But Iโve reframed how I feel about the pictures.
I now see them as a blessing because it was a wake-up call for me.
And of course, I promise, in upcoming episodes, Iโll do whatever I can to teach everything Iโve tested and put into practice that changed me from a fat, lazy, depressed old man into a svelte, energetic, excited by a mission-driven life โyoung manโ (not in yearsโฆof course).
Thank you for hanging out with me today.
P.S. I have a website, https://www.bodyfitx.com and thereโs nothing to buy and I'm not selling anything on the site.
Nor am I going to attempt to force you to enter your email address in a couple boxes in order to continue to hear from me.
I have written a 23-page fitness manifesto that Iโd love for you to have.
The manifesto teaches a huge takeaway that I learned in my testing and experimenting to get my life back.
If youโd like to have it, itโs on my site and you can get it faster if you go there.
If you donโt want to do that, like I said, โItโs okay.โ
Just send me an IM right here on Facebook or email me at mark@bodyfitx.com.
Iโll make sure I personally take care of you.
