Vocalizing of all types is affected by tension in the jaw, throat, neck and tongue. If you're experiencing pain or tension in these areas, I can help you release it and return to speaking and singing with ease.

*Techniques are gentle and soothing
*As the client, you may be seated or lying down, so all sessions are performed fully clothed.
*We'll focus on the muscles and connective tissue of the head, neck and face, including inside the mouth.
*Work is performed in a quiet and calming studio setting.

As a vocalist myself, working with others to 'free' their voices is near and dear to my heart. A 30-minute "Intro to Dynamic Body Balancing" session is a great first experience of this style of bodywork. Regular sessions are 45 minutes or one hour.
