Meet Dr. Kylie Dugan! 👋

A Texas native (Austin-raised, Round Rock-proud), Kylie holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from UTSA as part of the Top Scholar Program and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University.

Kylie treats a wide range of conditions, including:

🦴 Orthopedic injuries
🏥 Post-op recovery

We’re excited to introduce Joe, our Clinical Director at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Round Rock!
Originally from Arizona, Joe made his way to Georgetown in 2024, bringing his passion for sports, movement, and helping people get back to doing what they love.
He earned his BS in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University–Idaho and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from West Coast University in 2020.
Joe specializes in:

🏃 Sports & CrossFit injuries
🛡️ Injury prevention
🧠 Neuromuscular reeducation
👂🏻Vestibular and Balance therapy

It’s our one-year anniversary! 🎉👏🙏

Thanks to the incredible people and physicians of and surrounding communities, we’ve had an incredible first year! In this first year…

• WE HAVE DEVELOPED VERY STRONG MUTUAL REFERRING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE AREA’S BEST PHYSICIANS, including Orthopedic surgeons, ENT’s, Neurologists, OBGYN’s and GP’s. (By the way, if you need a doctor, feel free to call us- we know all the best, so we would be happy to recommend a really good physician that meets your individual needs.)

• WE HAVE GROWN FROM ONE PHYSICAL THERAPIST TO FOUR! Our commitment to Orthopedic therapy, Vestibular therapy (dizziness, balance, vertigo, BPPV), and Pelvic Floor therapy (urinary or bowel incontinence), has helped to fill a void for these UNDER-SERVED SERVICES for our community.

• OUR 1:1 CARE MODEL HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE GAME-CHANGER. Word is getting around that at FYZICAL, our patients see a Doctor of Physical Therapy ( ), 1:1, for the full appointment.
