Our Story
Orthopaedic Associates of Central Texas (OACT) was founded in 1983, expanding to locations in Austin, Cedar Park, and Round Rock, Texas. The expertly trained physicians and staff offer the full spectrum of care including comprehensive orthopaedics, sports medicine, concussion treatments, electromyography, medical imaging services, osteoporosis care, spinal surgery, hand surgery, physical therapy and treatments for sprains, fractures, and other back and neck injuries. The team is devoted to providing quick and accurate diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of injuries and conditions that affect the body's muscles, joints, and bones using the latest medical knowledge and technology. We are committed to providing compassionate, personalized care for each patient in the office and operating room with our dedicated team of 21 board certified and board eligible orthopaedic surgeons, two board certified non-surgical physicians, four board certified physician assistants, multiple physical therapists, occupational therapists, and a staff of allied health professionals.
