🌟 Monday mindset .. Are you being in cause or are you being in effect?🌟

In NLP, (Neurolinguistic Programing) embracing the concept of “Cause” is about taking ownership of your life and choices. 🌱 When we shift from a mindset of “things happen to me” to “I create my reality,” we open doors to new possibilities and greater control over our outcomes.
Choosing to be the cause means recognizing that our thoughts, beliefs, and actions directly influence what we experience. Instead of waiting for change, we create it. ⚡

In contrast being in “Effect” means recognizing how we respond to life’s situations. 🌊 When we’re in an effectmindset, we see external circumstances as shaping our reality, which can lead to feelings of limitation or frustration.

Here’s the key: we can always choose how we respond. 💭 By becoming aware of our reactions, we start to reclaim our power and shift toward purposeful actions instead of reactive responses.

What’s one area in your life where you could be the cause of positive change and move from being in effect to being in cause? 💫
