A study of nearly 90,000 adults found that people who slept in the brightest bedrooms had higher risks of heart disease, heart attacks, and stroke, even when lifestyle and genetics were taken into account.
Keeping your bedroom dim or fully dark at night is a simple habit that may support long-term heart health, particularly after the age of 40. 🌙😴
