Letter from Dr. Pagette:
Dear Patients,
After careful consideration and many discussions with my family, I have made the decision to step away from my private practice. My office in Round Rock, Texas will close on May 31st,2024.
It has been a true pleasure taking care of you all, getting to know your families and being a part of your lives over the years, some of you since 2006 when I moved back to Texas. It has also been an honor that you have chosen me to care for you. I originally thought that I would be retiring here, however I have chosen to start a new chapter in my sunset years, and I have decided to become an obstetrical hospitalist in Arkansas.
Your records will be released to another clinic with Unified Women’s Healthcare called Women’s Health Domain. They are located at 12221 Renfert Way, Suite 330 Austin, Texas. Please be reassured that you will be in excellent hands with Doctors Amy Chapman, Tyler Handcock, Elliott Groff, and Kathleen Boswell. If you wish to transfer to another provider, please have your provider fax a records release request to our office at (512) 238-6638, or to their office after May 31st.
