Over the past 11 years in my current practice and long before then in my coaching practice, I have been asked more times than I can count to offer a page with inspirational thoughts, ideas, quotes, articles, studies, books and stories. So, I researched this and found that the majority of people that are drawn to a site like this are simply people who desire to change, grow and become more of who they know they can be. That may or may not mean a person is in counseling or coaching at the time. So, I offer you my page as a resource. In or out of coaching or counseling currently truly makes no difference. I hope this page will offer you at least one post a day that creates a ripple in your mind to seek, inquire, delve and explore your life, your world and your journey. I look forward to connecting.
