What happens when you stop grinding… and actually let your body reset?

Three weeks difference.

No gym.
Intentional fasting (last week for 3 days).
Deliberate rest.

I released inflammation.
I dropped water weight.
I lost some fat.
Yes — I even lost a little muscle.

And I did it on purpose.

Because this wasn’t about shrinking.
It was about recalibrating.

Now?

✅ Clear mind
✅ Deeper sleep
✅ Zero brain fog
✅ Stronger on a different level

Sometimes strength isn’t built in the gym.
Sometimes it’s built in restraint.

This week I return to heavy training — strategically. After almost 3 weeks of NO lifting to let my body recover and reset.

The next 25 days are about rebuilding — intelligently.

I decided to stop negotiating with myself and do the water fast.

3 days of fasting. 6KG down (12.5lbs)

Then I transitioned into a structured 30‑day lifestyle reset.

Three days in — another 1 KG down.

But here’s what matters more than the scale:

✅ Sleep is improving
✅ Mind is clear and focused
✅ Energy is steady
✅ Cravings are controlled

This isn’t about extremes.

It’s about alignment.

After 40, you don’t need chaos. You need structure.

I’ve stopped “restarting.” I’m building.

Yes ...I ate mostly western foods due to many establishments closed for Chinese new year and Ramadan...however, no weight gain 😍💪

When you strength train consistently, why worry 😟.. 💪🤗

As many of you know, I don't eat these types of foods on a regular basis..but it nice while it lasted..lol
