Started running regularly again… Therefore making sure I keep my hip flexors/TFL/piriformis/glutes nice and loose!!

Remember, vigorous rolling may feel good but it is not effective!
Find a hotspot, compress till it gives (not as painful), roll a WEE bit till you find another hotspot and repeat!! 🤗 Your body will thank you!!!

Announcing our newest member to the team... Courtnee!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Courtnee's trauma-sensitive approach to massage honors where your body is now and your unique path to healing and self-connection.

With this intention, she has worked with clients with a variety of conditions from tech neck and migraines to pregnancy and PTSD to autism.

Clients describe her work as intentional, attentive, precise, deep, collaborative, kind, grounding, and connective.

In her spare time Courtnee enjoys being in the sun and following her whims and those of her kid, which usually leads to the forest or to water. She is also a passionate and creative cook and has a particularly honed ability to transform a fridge and pantry with "nothing to eat" into a feast.

Courtnee grew up in Maine and has lived all over the world. She's happily grounded now, with ever-deepening roots in central Texas, where she's lived since 2016.

If anyone is in Waco, traveling to Waco, or even passing through Waco... I HIGHLY recommend you scheduling an appointment with at !!! Book in advance though, she's in high demand due to how amazing she is!

What to expect and look forward to at Kinetic Recharge!

Dear Kinetic Recharge community,

Changes moving forward beginning June 1, 2020:

As we continue to move forward from these concerning times, I want to reassure you that all safety, sanitizing, and cleaning measures are being taken seriously. Not only is sanitizing between clients being done, we have disinfecting wipes in EVERY room for your use if desired.

• Hours will be returning to normal. This means more clients per day!(YAYYYY!!!) Also be aware that you no longer have to directly contact me to book. Online booking is up and running! However, if you want to be placed on the wait/cancellation list, you will need to either directly contact me OR mention in the "note" section of your online booking.

• I would like to introduce and welcome our NEW team member, Tierra Denae Fisher to the Kinetic Recharge family!! Tierra will be offering Deep Kinetic Stretching starting June 1, 2020. You will be able to schedule sessions with her on our online scheduling page! Be excited and prepared though, she will be graduating from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School come the end of July, and will become a full-time DEEP therapist!! She's a Jane of all trades!!

• YOGA coming SOON!!!!!! Also instructed by our NEW member Tierra!

We are asking for clients to remain in their vehicle until texted/called to come in for their scheduled appointment. This will limit any cross contamination before proper sanitizing/cleaning of facility and rooms.

🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 We get to open our doors for general wellness!!! ❤️❤️❤️ As for the rest of May, you will still need to directly contact me to book and for safety/ measures I will continue to only schedule 3 appointments per day until June!! Dr referrals are no longer required!! Hurry to book now! Only have a FEW spots left for May! 🤗

The Governor did NOT open massage establishments for general business with his newest order.
HOWEVER, massage therapy/bodywork IS allowed for those (AND ONLY THOSE) who have a medical need for such (see statement from last post from Texas Department of Licensing and Registration- TDLR). 🎉 What does that mean for you???? 🤔

BEGINNING MAY 4 🗓:
☑️ IF you are a CURRENT client ☑️ IF you have NOT been sick AND quarantining yourself AND using protection measures as recommended (when you have been around other people or at the store).
➕AND➕
☑️ IF you have a written referral from your doctor or chiropractor. THEN:
▪️I will schedule you for a session!
▪️✍🏼 Please note: I will be scheduling NO MORE than 3 appointments PER DAY with plenty of time between clients to clean and sanitize! Scheduling will NOT be accepted online through May 31st. You MUST contact me directly to schedule! UNTIL we are allowed to open for general wellness.
