Are you a caring and hard-working Texan who is driven to assist adults with disabilities to lead their most independent lives? Here at Kenmar Residential Services, Inc and our sister company, Avid Central Texas, LLC are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time and As-Needed (PRN), direct care roles in multiple areas across Texas. Positions available in Austin, Abilene, La Grange, Gonzales/Smiley, Denton, Waxahachie and Mexia areas

About the positions:
- Assisting our residents with daily care, including hygiene, home management, social skills, nutrition, and self-medication tasks.
- Transporting residents in company vehicles
- Supervising and documenting resident care and assigned trainings

Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Texas Drivers License (most, but not all shifts)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- HS Diploma or Equivalent

Benefits:
- PAID Training, including CPR certification and SAMA behavior management training!
- 40 hours/year PTO/Sick Leave for all Full-Time Staff
- Medical/Dental/Vision and Life Insurance for all staff working 30+ hours/week

Three of our ladies here in Denton competed in the Special Olympics Texas Track & Field in multiple events earlier this year. They each placed in their events, for a combined total of 3 Gold, 2 Silver, and 2 Bronze Metals. We are so proud of our ladies and you can see the pride on their faces!
