From chronic back pain and failed surgery to the strength you see today.

Michael didn’t know if he would ever be able to return to the gym again, but here he is moving with confidence.

What started with corrective exercise and manual therapy has progressed into a full strength training program —rebuilding strength, mobility, and trust in his body week by week.

A quick warm up goes a long way! Add these moves to your pre-court routine to move better, change direction faster, and avoid preventable injuries.

1. Standing Posterior Hip Capsule Stretch - Stagger your stance and shift your weight back until you feel a stretch in your hip and glute. Switch your stance so the opposite foot is forward and repeat.

2. Standing Groin Rocker - Step out into a wide stance and gently rock your hips side-to-side, shifting your weight over one bent knee at a time.

3. Hip Airplane - Balance on one leg and hinge forward at the hips. Slowly rotate your hips open and closed while keeping your torso stacked above your hips. Use a wall or post for balance support.

4. Step-Back Lunge with Reach - Step back into a lunge, hinge through your hip, and reach your opposite arm across your lead leg. Switch sides and repeat.

5. Skater Hop - Hop side-to-side landing on one leg at a time. Focus on landing with your weight on the inner half of your foot.
