We're so excited to welcome Christine Medin, MS RD LD, to the Empathy Nutrition Therapy team!

Christine brings a rich clinical background, from caring for NICU babies at Baylor University Medical Center to supporting underserved communities through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and WISEWOMAN. With a Master's in Biochemical & Functional Nutrition from UT Austin, she specializes in PCOS, pre-diabetes, diabetes and insulin resistance, IBD, and disordered eating.

Guided by a Health at Every Size® approach, Christine helps patients rebuild a peaceful relationship with food and body, free from shame, stigma, and one-size-fits-all rules.
