Do you have a passion for what you do, but find yourself exhausted from being overworked and undervalued? Has the pandemic left you more burnt out than you thought was possible?
Slide 3:
I felt the same way, so I decided to begin creating a new standard of care. The first step in raising that bar starts with the caregivers. Most of us enter the field because caring for others is our purpose in life. It doesn’t take long for a broken system to chew us up and spit us out. That leaves us at a high risk for long term burn out. Ultimately, those we love and care for suffer for it the most. When caregivers are valued and respected their drive for compassion flourishes. That is what creates a standard of excellence that our clients deserve.

Positions for in home care are available immediately. Scheduling needs are respected and you will not be pressured into working outside of your availability. Pay depends on clients needs and ranges from $10/hour-$25/hour. Caregivers make 100% of what clients pay hourly for care. Must have prior experience in a facility, hospital, or group home to apply.

Immediate staffing needed for:
Overnights 8pm-8am for a total of $120/per shift take home pay (allowed to sleep.)
Job requirements include: night care routine, lift assist, sleeping with a monitor, overnight bathroom assists and rotations, morning care routine, and cooking.

Future staffing needed for:
Early evening hours on weeknights and weekends/morning hours on weekends for $15/hour taxed pay.
