Do you have a skill that you want to share? Something that you feel could be of interest to others? We know that so many of you that come to Rowe Labor Day are talented and creative in so many different endeavors. One of our goals for Labor Day is to become a showcase for many of your talentsThe weekend is its best when we all share our selves with others.
Previously, we have had workshops on Mask Making, Flagging, Theater, Meditation, Music, Body Painting, Astrology, Nature Walks, Life Coaching, Qi Gong and many others. All ideas will be considered and please think outside of the box. All types of workshops are possible - something physical, theatrical, artistic, spiritual - you name it. Introducing the Painted Yogi, Leo Bray:

Like many, I first came to yoga to address chronic aches, pains, and stiffness. I was blessed early on with amazing teachers, inspiring me to deeper practice and the fuller range of yoga's gifts, including its capacity to help us heal and grow. I was trained at Akasha Yoga School in Jamaica Plain, and have also been attuned in Reiki by Akasha's founder, Anthe Kelley.

My approach is interoceptive, helping students to focus their minds and feel their bodies. I do my utmost to make each class an accessible and welcoming experience for everyone who attends.
