We have another Buddhaful Soul to celebrate…
Our dear friend and teacher, Coco.

We first met during our 300-hour yoga teacher training. Two women walking the path of yoga and motherhood, honoring each other every step of the way. From the very beginning, Coco brought her laughter, wisdom, and deeply human heart into every space she entered.

She teaches with humor, connects with truth, and reminds us all that we don’t have to be perfect to be present. Just real. And that’s exactly what she is…real, wise, and relatable.

We are so lucky to have her as part of the BSYS family, and I can’t wait to share the journey of offering Buddhaful Souls 200-hour yoga teacher training together!

Join Miss Lisa for a sweet grown-up and me style class. Best for ages 2–5.

Together, we’ll explore playful yoga, breath, song, and mindful movement followed by a themed craft to carry the experience home.

- Thursday, July 31 – Camping Yoga + Craft
and/or
-Thursday, August 21 – Beach Yoga + Craft

Each session is rooted in connection, imagination, and presence. A beautiful way to slow down, move together, and celebrate summer through the lens of yoga.
