Holistic wellness center offering consults, Harmonic Egg therapy, essential oils or BioScan health assessments that can help address the root of your health concerns and get you to optimal health. *Our mission is to guide and teach you how you can naturally reach your health goals without fads and gimmicks. We want you to feel heard so we strive to listen to your needs, meet you where you're at, and provide options to help you reach your goals.
*Parking is limited to 2hrs in front of the building M-F. Park in the unlimited parking lot at the end of Court St across from the police station.
*Be sure to eat and hydrate prior to your egg session and wear comfortable clothing.
*Appointments can be booked online. Please call to check availability as I need to schedule around school sports schedules.
*Harmonic Egg sessions are an approved expense with Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Savings (HSA) accounts.
*Be sure to check out the gift shop featuring: essential oils, oil resources and oil accessories, electrolytes, root cider, crystals, gifts for him, and gifts for her.

I get asked all the time how sound therapy works to aid healing. This video does a fantastic job explaining how it affects our brain which in turn affects healing throughout the whole body. Some of Yuval Ron's music is used in/with the Harmonic Egg.

This video/training starts around 12.5 minute mark. Study results and resources also provided towards the end.

Definitely worth a listen. I played it at double time with no issues so feel free to adjust the playback speed as needed.
