Check out these FREE virtual Halloween themed exercise classes planned this Saturday! There are two classes you can attend free: Wellness in Motion and Chair Fit classes are held each Saturday and are sponsored by the Blue Cross NC Raleigh Center. Personal Trainer, Michelle Rogers, will lead these 2 sessions this week using a small small pumpkin (2-3 lbs.“pie pumpkin” size), which she’ll use as a weight. If you don’t have one, you can hold a dumbbell instead, or can do it without a weight. To make the class even more fun, feel free to wear a costume or your favorite Fall fashion. Sign up for one or both classes at

Don’t forget that you can use your SNAP benefits at some local farmers markets. At the welcome table at the farmers market, ask if they accept EBT as a form of payment. If they do, they should give you a market scrip in exchange for your EBT payment.

Keep in mind that at some markets the option to use EBT depends on the vendor. Contact our office for more information on farmers markets in NAME COUNTY
and call the More In My Basket team for questions about SNAP at 1-855-240-
