About Me
My name is Ben Chadwick and for the past decade, I was behind the scenes as a strength coach for the Boston Red Sox, helping elite athletes push their limits, prevent injuries, and maximize their performance. I spent time across all levels of their organization including:
MLB (2 years) – Boston Red Sox
AAA (2 years) – Worcester Red Sox
AA (2 years) - Portland Sea Dogs
A (1 Year) – Salem Red Sox
Rookie/ Rehab (3 years) – GCL Red Sox
Related Experience – 2015 Strength Coach for Leones del Caracas (Venezuelan Professional Baseball League)
Prior to that- I gained experience learning under some of the best minds in human performance, completing internships under Mike Boyle of MBSC as well as Joe Connolly and world champion powerlifter Dan Austin at the University of South Carolina. I started my coaching career at Bishop Stang High School and also previously served as a personal trainer in 2014.

Why I Created Fly High Fitness
After years of working at the highest levels of professional sports, I realized that the principles that help the best athletes in the world thrive aren’t just for them. Everyone deserves a simple, effective, and no-nonsense approach to fitness that cuts out the noise and delivers real results. As I start to write my next chapter, I am ready to bring everything that I’ve learned throughout my career to the people of Boston and beyond.
