Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking,
It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

✨ Life Lesson ✨
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is this:
You don’t always have to respect the person in order to respect their work or their ideas.

Separating the individual from their contributions allows us to still learn, grow, and be inspired, even if we don’t admire everything about who they were.

✨ Sometimes the challenges we face in business are really spiritual training in disguise. Learning to stand firm, let go, and trust in yourself isn’t just good business , it’s good for the soul.

🌿 Old-Fashioned Manners in a Modern World 🌿

I was born in the 1980s, but my family were baby boomers / raised in the Victorian era. I grew up in a very old-fashioned way. I still remember how important it was in our home to say please and thank you, to respect our elders, and to carry ourselves with politeness in both family and business matters.

If something was wrong, you didn’t just ask directly, you were expected to be tactful. You learned to read the room, build trust, and then carefully open the conversation. That was considered respect.

Fast forward to today, and communication looks so different. People will simply say “No” or “What’s wrong?” and for them, that’s normal , even respectful because it’s honest and efficient. For me, though, sometimes it feels abrupt. It doesn’t quite sit with the way I was raised, and I admit, I still struggle to get used to it.

I’ve learned to adapt a little, but deep down, I still find comfort in the way I was brought up. To me, there’s beauty in slowing down, choosing words with care, and showing warmth in how we speak to one another.

🌿 Reflections on Smiles and Kindness 🌿

When I was little, my family used to tell me, “Not everybody who smiles can be trusted.” At the time, I didn’t fully understand, but as an adult I see how true that really is.

What surprises me now is how often people assume the opposite, that a smile automatically means someone is kind, sweet, or trustworthy, and that if a person isn’t smiling, they must be cold or unfriendly.

From my experience, it’s not that simple. Smiles can be masks, and sometimes the warmest hearts belong to people who don’t smile all the time. A smile is easy, but true kindness shows itself in actions, in consistency, and in how someone treats others when nobody is watching.

✨ I’m learning to look deeper than appearances.
✨ A smile can invite, but it doesn’t define a person’s heart.

Moving Forward with Clarity and Purpose :

Recently, I was unexpectedly removed from a group where I shared Reiki, healing insights, and community support.
This decision was made without prior conversation, and while it was not my choice, I respect that every space evolves in its own way.

I want to be clear — my passion for helping others through energy work, spiritual guidance, and healing remains unwavering.
I carry forward the connections and positive moments we shared, and I remain committed to serving clients with honesty, compassion, and dedication.

Sometimes doors close abruptly, but that only means we’re being guided toward the right ones.
Thank you to those who have supported ne throughouty journey .

💛 Here’s to new chapters, continued growth, and sharing light wherever we go. 🙏💜
