The best beverage options for your toddler and preschooler are water and milk! Plain water provides necessary hydration throughout the day while cow's milk provides nutrients and vitamins like calcium, Vitamin D & A, protein, and zinc. If your child struggles with a dairy intolerance or allergy, reach out to your WIC nutritionist so they can help you make sure your child gets enough nutrients through food or a plant-based milk. What are your go-to beverage options for your little ones? Share in the comments! https://ow.ly/9VQC50WM2K9
