🤗 Join me to practice balance! Let's go, girls (and guys)! Grab a broom/mop handle/pvc pipe for this round. Practice at least 3X/week...daily for bonus points!

1. Up/down side step 5-10 per side
2. Side heel dips - 10 per side
3. Broomstick to chest, squeezing shoulder blades - 10
4. Squats with broom at chest. Keep that chest up! 10 reps

🎉Happy Cinco de Mayo! We have two reasons to celebrate today. We are enjoying Cinco de Mayo (okay, the chips & salsa 💃), and our member, Jan, had an amazing increase in her bone density! She increased 2.25% in the lumbar spine, and a whopping 19.37% in the right femur!! Way to go, Jan! 💪💪
