Are the people around you taking from you and holding you back, or are the people around you giving you life and challenging you to be a better version of yourself?

If you keep finding yourself attracting the same kinds ot people, the same kinds of problems, there is a high likelihood that what you are experiencing is a trauma loop, aka a stuck frequency in your body, whether it be from a past life or from this round.

You can move through this and you can change for the better.

Reiki healing can help to remove the frequencies that are amplifed in your body by relaying in your brain.

We can balance the energy and begin reprogramming the brain with affirmations and by using intentional new thought pattern when triggers are activated.

Life is ever changing and I am here for the ride.

My sound baths took flight, and they were magical.

However, the universe has different plans that I originally thought.

My reiki infused sound baths will literally be returning to the earth.

I will be opening up in spring for sound healing 🥰

Until then, I am open for 1:1 aerial sound healing and 1:1 reiki healing, and am still taking students for our Feb-March reiki level one and two intensive.
