You are a divine creator

So let me break it down

You have a beautiful brain that receives information and you form thoughts.

Those are yours!

Your thoughts- or thought patterns- are 100% yours to either identify with, or shift into something that supports the person you desire to be.

Once you have those thoughts in your mind, this tricks down through your chakras to your throat, where you speak them into reality.

I love our sound baths

Every person gets 5-10 minutes of individual sound healing, crystal healing, and reiki while listening to a reiki infused, sound healing album I made with two very special people.

Once everyone has had their blocks removed and has their energy flowing freely, I begin playing my crystal bells and leading a guided meditation.

Providing energy medicine has to be the best job in the world.

After every session, I carry a level of peace I do not find in the physical world.

My hope for everyone who comes through my class is that they leave with deep peace and love for themselves and every living being.
