It’s Women In Construction Week!! We couldn’t let the week go by without a shout out to one of our own!
Reanna’s dad was a heavy equipment operator, so she grew up in the construction industry. She spent a few years in the medical billing field before deciding to join us at D&J Grading in 2020. She loves the construction field because she feels like she fits in well and the work is fun!! We couldn’t agree more! Reanna is great at everything she does and not afraid to help out in any way that she can. She is a true asset to our team here at D&J!

In a week that had rain/snow & insane amounts of mud each and every single day our crews showed up every day and half of them worked Saturday to keep our projects as close to on schedule as possible this time of year…
Kinda makes you miss those ole days when dirt contractors just shut down for the winter. Went snowmobiling & did maintenance in the shop, Grateful for the work and even more grateful for our team of badasses showing up each day.. .338 .lundy

40,000 sq. Ft bldg pad dialed in & at grade and a few thousand yards of dirt moved and pad ready for helical piers in just a couple days with 1 operator and a machine, technology has changed the game for efficiency. .338
