Love Life Healthy With Leesa Winn Join me on this journey to getting healthy, living and loving life while helping others along the way Hi! My name is Leesa Winn. I had to do something.

I am a mother of 2 amazing daughters, an angel son and am blessed with 6 beautiful grandchildren. I’m not going to sugarcoat everything. I’ve taken care of people all my life and it hasn’t always been easy. I raised my children as a single mother, took care of my father in the last years of his life and am now a caregiver to my very ill husband. I’ve spent the last many years taking care of others

as a Child Advocate, Job Coach for people with disabilities and Workforce Development for Seniors. It’s safe to say my purpose is to help others. But in the years of helping others, I forgot to help and take care of the most important person….me. My health was declining, my stress was through the roof and my wellbeing was on the down slide. How could I help anyone when I couldn’t even help myself! I decided to take control of my life. Not only physically but mentally and spiritually. I'm certified in aromatherapy and career coaching. I started using essential oils to help my well-being. Through the last several years they have brought me great support physically and emotionally. I have seen the tremendous benefits they have brought me and others. I use dōTERRA Essential Oils because they are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) . The quality and consistency are something I can trust not only for me but to safely recommend for others. They are amazing. They are a great natural option to improve your health and have changed lives, including mine, and do wonders for your well-being whether it be physical or emotional. It's Pumpkin Season! Who doesn’t love a good Pumpkin Spice Latte in the cooler autumn months?
Easily make your own in less than 10 minutes!

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

2 cups brewed coffee
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tbls coconut oil
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5-10 drops stevia, to taste (optional)
1 drop Cassia or Cinnamon Oil or 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer 5-7 minutes, whisking occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
Poue the mixture into a blender. Blend until foamy. Pour into two cups and enjoy!

Super Blue Moon Ritual to clear space for new beginnings.

RELEASE:
Write Down: Begin by jotting down anything that's been weighing you down. This might include fears, past disappointments, negative self-talk, or anything that feels like it’s holding you back.
Burn: Under the moonlight, safely burn the paper, symbolically releasing these burdens. As the paper turns to ashes, visualize these negative aspects dissolving away.

MANIFEST:
Set Intentions: Think deeply about what you want to achieve. Be specific—rather than just writing “I want success,” detail what that success looks like, such as “I want to advance in my career by securing a new position” or “I want to improve my health by exercising regularly.”
Write Down: Create a wish list with these goals and dreams. Use vivid, positive language to describe them. For instance, “I am grateful for the new opportunities coming my way,” or “I am enjoying a balanced and healthy lifestyle.”
Moonlight Exposure:
Place the List Outside: Set your wish list outside in a place where it can absorb the moon’s light overnight. This act aligns your desires with the lunar energy, helping to amplify your intentions.

REFLECTION:
Visualize and Reflect: Spend a few moments reflecting on your goals and visualizing them coming to fruition. Embrace the feeling of already achieving these goals to strengthen your manifestation process.

You might want to concentrate on areas where you seek growth or positive change, whether it’s improving relationships, advancing in your career, or adopting healthier habits.
