This Saturday at the Theosophical Society in Detroit (located in Berkley, MI) I'll be bringing the crystal singing bowls for an afternoon of harmony, deep rest, and tea. Centered around the New Year, we'll incorporate releasing the past and opening up to our unfoldment as we move forward. I'd love if you joined me!

This is an uplifting and heart-centered drum circle—an opportunity to experience connection through rhythm, presence, and community. Guided by Sandy, this gathering is a journey into collective resonance and attunement with Nature’s rhythmic intelligence.

No experience is necessary and you’re welcome to bring your own drum or rattle or borrow one from the circle. We plan to gather outdoors, weather permitting.

✨ Now offering donation-based Sound Journey Sessions at Boston Tea Room in addition to Personal Sessions✨ ✨The Harmonic Sanctuary ✨

While I begin to offer personal sound journeys for 1–3 people that range in depth and length, I also want to honor my heart’s preference for accessibility. We all deserve love, tender care, and the beauty of harmony to flow through us, regardless of circumstance.

When the schedule allows, I’ll open a donation-based session for up to 3 people. These 45-minute sessions will happen at least monthly and I’ll announce them as they become available.
At some point, these will be announced to my email list first, so if you'd like to join it, please message me with your email and I'll add you!

FOR NOW: I will be offering one donation-based session THIS Tuesday, September 16. I don't know the time yet, but if you're interested, let me know and we can offer it according to your preference if the schedule allows!

My door is open to you. 🌿

While personal or community sessions can't be booked through my website yet, I'll share the page in the comments so you can get a sense.

After many years at Grant Park, I'm turning a new leaf and moving Yoga in the Park to Patricia Paruch Park in Royal Oak, North of 12 Mile and West of Main. We set up along the powerful pines. Last week we had a hummingbird visit during practice, and afterwards, a fawn. Blessings for the move. Still some weeks left but layers are useful now! ❤
