Our SHE RECOVERS© Sharing Circle is a supportive space for anyone in or seeking recovery from:

Substance use, Trauma, Codependency, Anxiety, Depression, and other mental health challenges, disordered eating and food-related issues, body dysmorphia, gaming, gambling, or shopping addiction, grief and loss, burnout or moral injury, workaholism, love or s*x addiction, abuse, divorce, cancer, chronic illness, oppression, or any other challenge you are hoping to heal from.

Come as you are. Be seen, heard, and supported. Let’s continue building a community that connects, empowers, and uplifts womxn in recovery.

A wonderful mindful practice is the picking of a “word of the year.” Most have heard of doing this, yet many do not do it, or pick a word for the year and forget what it was by the end of the year. A recommendation is to create something to carry with you or display with your word. It can be a keychain, a collage, a painting, a cork board, a bracelet, or a page in a planner. What will your word be for 2026?
