11 days post-concussion, this patient came in struggling - foggy, disconnected, and not herself. 🌿

I’m writing this from the serene Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre in Niagara Falls, where I’m attending an osteopathy retreat. It’s been a reminder of how essential it is to carve out time for growth, learning, and self-care.

Your New Year’s goals don’t have to be about doing more. Instead, they can focus on being more—more present, more grounded, more in tune with your needs. Here’s how you can start:

Last December, I went for a walk and had the most magical moment—I saw a deer up close. 🦌 Walking outside not only nourished my soul but reminded me of how special the world around us can be when we slow down and take it in.
