Here are our favorite tips to help boost your energy all season long:

🌤️ 1. Get Morning Light�Even 10–15 minutes of natural light helps reset your circadian rhythm and boost energy. If it’s dark when you wake up, a light therapy lamp can make a big difference.

🏃‍♂️ 2. Move Your Body (Even a Little!)�Short bursts of activity—like a brisk 5-minute walk or stretching between tasks—help increase circulation and fight sluggishness.

🥗 3. Prioritize Nourishing Foods�Focus on protein, healthy fats, and colorful fruits/veggies. Omega-3s and B-vitamins especially help support energy and mood.
