Natural light helps reset your internal clock.
Try to get 10–20 minutes of sunlight within an hour of waking up.

2. Avoid late caffeine ☕
Caffeine can stay in your system 6–8 hours.
Cut it off around 1–2 PM during the adjustment week.

3. Keep evenings dim
Bright light at night can make it harder to fall asleep.
