Meet the newest ladies of the Detroit Sweat Team! 🧡

We are excited to welcome Amanda & Kristina to our amazing training crew! 🤩 Starting this week, Kristina, will be coaching on Tuesday mornings, and Amanda will coach Thursday mornings starting next week!

They bring incredible energy, knowledge, and passion for helping you get stronger, move better, and feel your absolute best. We can’t wait for you to train with them, and crush goals together. 🔥

Be sure to say Hi, introduce yourself, and give them a warm Detroit Sweat welcome when you see them!

We’re hosting our 3rd Annual Community Giveback Sweat for , raising money and collecting essential items for the Brandon NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) this holiday season. ✨

Over the past two years, our amazing community has raised over $4,000 and donated countless baby items to support NICU families during a time when they need extra support and joy the most. 🤍

This year, we’re asking for your help once again to make an even bigger impact. Together, we can bring comfort and hope to families spending their holidays in the hospital.

We will have a donation based workout on Saturday, 11/8 from 9-10A. 100% of all donations will go to the NICU unit. You do not need to attend the workout to donate! Any donation is appreciated. Donations will be accepted until end of November!
