I'm really excited to introduce Kim Loeb, licensed Massage Therapist and certified Rolfer™ to the practice!

Kim has been practicing and teaching Ayurveda and Yoga for 20 plus years and began exploring bodywork and massage in 2009.
Preventative in nature, as well as curative and restorative, her bodywork is intuitive, therapeutic and tailored to her clients' inidividual needs.

What is Rolfing® Structural Integration (SI) therapy?
It's a form of bodywork that reorganizes connective tissue/fascia.
Using manual therapy, mobilization and movement, Rolfing® SI
enhances body awareness, improves posture, reduces inflammation and relieves tension and pain.

If you know anything about Rolfers™, they're like unicorns---rare and few and far between! I met Kim 2 yrs ago, after searching high and low for a certified Rolfer™ in the Metro Detroit area.
And the rest is history.......

It's been almost a month since I made the move from Campbell to 316 E Third Street in Royal Oak. Just a little over 1.5 miles from my former location, but what a difference !!

Being in a small building with 2 other tenants, across from City Hall, 2 blocks east of Main Street with 100% improved visiblity and walkability, surrounded by tons of local, small businesses, couldn't have worked out better in my wildest dreams.

I'm so grateful to be starting my 16th year in practice with a new location, a new space, new energy and a well-seasoned, Massage Therapist/Rolfer who will be joining me very soon. Details to follow !!

Drop in on your way home, after an afternoon stroll around City Hall campus, the Centennial Commons or just to say hi. We'd love to see some old faces and meet new ones.

LED red and blue light therapy decreases systemic stress and inflammation, improves blood flow and oxygen to the affected areas, reduces acute and chronic pain and inflammation and stimulates collagen production. As an added bonus, it improves mood, decreases depression, treats seasonal affective disorder and improves sleep quality.

I have been using an FDA regulated device called Celluma Light Therapy in my practice for 5 years and have witnessed significant shifts/decreases in pain, inflammation, wound healing, post-op scar tissue healing. And the list goes on......
