Day 2: The Impact of Food Insecurity & Yoga 💙
Today on Giving Tuesday, we’re reflecting on the hidden epidemic of food insecurity in our own community—and how yoga calls us to respond.
Our teacher Kayla Spray shares her deeply personal experience with food insecurity and reminds us of a powerful truth: we are all connected. When members of our community struggle to meet their basic needs, we all feel the impact.

As Margaret Mead said: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Today’s You Matter Challenge: Make a contribution to Gleaners Virtual Food Drive. The link is in our story. Every dollar helps provide nourishing food to our neighbors in need.
Together, we are powerful. Together, we can end hunger in our community.
