Dr. Juan Collazos-Rodriguez

Dr. Juan Collazos-Rodriguez Our mission is to provide excellent medical care in a family centered environment. Dr. Juan C Collazos was born in Cali, Colombia.

We see each child as a unique person using all appropriate therapeutic approaches, including evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine. He is a graduate of Universidad Del Valle School of Medicine in Cali, Colombia where he received his Doctor in Medicine degree in 2002. He practiced in Colombia for 4 years in the underserved area before he moved to the United States to complete 2 year

s of research fellow in pediatrics cardiology and then his pediatric residency at University of Nevada School Of medicine in 2008. 
Dr Collazos practiced in different facilities in Las Vegas Nevada before he moved to Florida in 2017. Dr Collazos is an active member at Palm West Hospital, Wellington Regional Medical Center, JFK Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center. He is board Certified in Pediatrics, a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the Palm Beach Pediatrics Society. He speaks English and Spanish fluently. Dr Collazos is always striving to provide the best advice and treatment for his patients by seeing each child as complete and unique person, offering a combination of conventional and complementary therapies, creating a personalized plan that suits the need of each specific child. Dr Collazos top priority is to ensure both the safety and overall well-being of his patients. Dr. Collazos is married and resides with his wife and two sons in the community. He plays an active role in community affairs and activities, especially those relating to children and adolescents.
