Full circle moment. 🧡

Growing up in Russia, sea buckthorn was always known as a powerful medicinal berry. Years ago when I talked about Omega-7 for dry eye, people would laugh and say there’s only Omega-3.

Swipe to see sea buckthorn berries growing in my backyard in New Jersey, with my little daughter picking these very sour berries that contain this special Omega-7 oil.
