There’s a version of you that feels calmer. More grounded.
Less overwhelmed by everything you’re holding.
But most of the time, you don’t get to access her
because you’re busy being everything for everyone else.
Especially if you’re a mom or someone who’s constantly holding space, managing, giving, doing.
At some point, it stops being about doing more…
and starts being about coming back to yourself.
Learning how to: slow your nervous system, soften the pressure, release what you’ve been carrying and reconnect to what actually feels like you.
Not the version of you that’s trying to keep up.
The version of you that feels at home.
