Wouldn’t it be lovely to have a community of other women who are also navigating what it’s like to live with ADHD? There is still time to join my upcoming virtual support group, Women & ADHD.

What are the details?
🪴A 10-week, virtual trauma-informed support group for women 18+ with ADHD (or suspected ADHD).
🪴Cost: $60/session ($600 total investment)
🪴Date/time: starting Monday, 9/15/25 at 12:30pm-1:30pm
🪴Location: virtually from your own cozy space, office, or your (parked) car
🪴Topics: emotional regulation, executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, parenting, relationships, mindfulness, and shame (just to name a few)

If you're a new dad, you already know that the ride can be wild. That's why I'm excited about my New Dad's Group. It's a safe place to share stories, share successes, and figure out the stuff that is hard.

It's a virtual support group that includes other dads that get it. This group offers strategies and support without judgment. Open to dads located in PA.

We are less than four weeks away from the first group. It is bi-weekly (6 sessions) and starts on 9/8.

Healthy and strong dads help in building solid families!

Negative core beliefs that often show up for women with ADHD, especially when you’ve spent the past 30+ years misunderstanding how your brain functions:

‼️“I’m not good enough”
‼️“I’m too much”
‼️“I’m a burden”
‼️“There is something wrong with me”
‼️“I’m lazy”
‼️“I’m such a f**k-up”

But when we start to understand more about how our ADHD brains work, we can learn to be more self-compassionate. Here are a few phrases we can use when these beliefs show up:

🌻”I’m doing my best and that’s good enough”
🌻“I’m allowed to have off days”
🌻“It’s normal for my motivation/energy-levels to fluctuate”
🌻”I’m worthy just for being me”
🌻“I’m allowed to have needs and deserve to get them met”
🌻“I’m allowed to make mistakes”
🌻“My productivity doesn’t define my worth”
🌻“My brain works differently and that’s okay”
🌻”Rest is productive”
🌻”I’m not lazy; I struggle with executive dysfunction sometimes”
🌻”I’m listening to my body, and it’s telling me that I need rest, not to push myself harder”
