The other day, a client gifted one of our therapists, Erica, a couple of fresh tomatoes from his garden. As the session wrapped up and Erica was heading out, he ran back inside and returned with this baggie — freshly ground salt and pepper. He knew those tomatoes would be eaten in the car on the way to the next appointment, and he wanted to make sure they were enjoyed properly.

It may seem like a small gesture, but it’s the little things like this that show how special the relationship between client and therapist can be. At the Philly Home Massage Collective, we believe massage is more than just bodywork — it’s about connection, care, and community.

Everyone, meet Yoda — the Philly Home Massage Collective’s newest massage buddy! 🐶✨

One of the joys of in-home massage is being welcomed into the rhythm of a client’s household. Dogs like Yoda quickly tune into the energy of a session — with some soothing music, laced with crashing ocean waves and a relaxed environment, they usually settle in right alongside their humans.

We’re proud to say we’re dog-friendly (and cat-friendly too). Pets are family, and they’re part of what makes our work so meaningful. ❤️
