If your face feels puffy, your sinuses feel heavy, or your body just feels inflamed, this might be exactly what you need.

Our lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like the heart. It relies on gentle movement and support from us to keep things flowing. When things slow down, that’s when we notice puffiness, congestion, and swelling.
