Snow day! Residents LOVED watching the snow fall while staying warm and toasty inside. Some of our staff took a break outside which delighted the residents who watched them play from their windows. Thank you St. Andrews Episcopal church for the hand made hats ❤️ Everyone stay safe. Thank you also to to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office and Royston PD for helping some of our staff get to work safely. Our community support ROCKS!

Thank you to all our staff who have stepped up and worked throughout the storm! A huge shout out to Georgia Power for getting the power back on quickly this morning so our residents could stay warm.

Our Brown team would like to take a minute to say thank you to each person in the community, our staff, and Ethica for all the support and teamwork that has been shown in preparation for Winter Storm Fern. Ace Hardware for looking out for us with last minute supplies. Ethica sending heaters and generator to keep us warm in the event the power goes off. St. Andrews Episcopal Church for bringing hats. Everyone who brought blankets and hats at Christmas, they are getting used. We couldn’t ask for a better community. Families of our residents please be reassured that we are prepared and plenty of people who will be there to make sure your loved ones are cared for. Our food and water are stocked. Everyone please be safe.
