I love this! It reminds me of one of the many lessons my yoga practice has taught me. To relax into a state of trust. ✨

It’s like if we hold our bodies tight and rigid during movement, then our breath can’t flow, we eventually tire out, and can’t receive the full benefits of our practice. It’s all a lesson. ✨

How’s everyone’s summer going so far? I hope a little something like this! If you’re looking for some gentle movement, please join us next week (July 10th) at LevelUp Physical Therapy for an hour long flow from 6:30-7:30pm.
