We were thankful to have Krystal Simons representing our team at the GO Cook Skills Compilation Dinner hosted by Culinary Concepts AB on March 10th at the Morven Sustainability Lab.
After weeks of preparation, students served a full menu that highlighted the techniques they developed through the GO Cook program. It was a great way to see their hard work come together.
Our team was happy to support the evening by providing tablecloths that helped create a clean, polished setting for the students’ courses. Opportunities like this give students real experience and help build a strong future for the hospitality industry in our community.
It was rewarding to watch these students share their skills with the Charlottesville community.
