Serene Solutions Healthcare LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Personal Care Aide (PCA) for a split-shift assignment beginning December 21, 2025.
📍 Location: North Chesterfield /Richmondd, VA
👩🦽 Client: Female
📅 Start Date: 12/21/2025
🕒 Schedule:
• 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
(Split shift / 6 hours total per day)
Job Duties Include:
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep, mobility, and personal hygiene
• IADLs: light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands as permitted
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Following the care plan and documenting all required shift notes
• Reporting concerns or changes in condition to the RN Supervisor
Requirements:
• Must have active PCA, CNA, or HHA certification (or ability to complete PCA training program)
• Must have a non–barrier crime background (per Virginia DMAS regulations)
• Must be able to pass state and federal background checks
• Valid ID and two forms of employment eligibility (I-9 documents)
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality a MUST
• Ability to document care correctly using EVV (Electronic Visit Verification)
• Professional demeanor, good communication skills, and respect for client privacy (HIPAA compliance required)
